These Terms of Service govern your use of the PLAER Thailand online store and any purchase from us. The store is operated by Boxdrop Online Coy Ltd, trading as PLAER Thailand. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

1. Store use

You must use this store lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the store for fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

2. Products and sporting equipment

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, prices and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur, and manufacturer specifications can change. Please review the live product page and selected variant before ordering.

Pickleball paddles, balls, nets and accessories must be used, stored and maintained appropriately. Product guidance is general shopping information and is not professional safety, medical or coaching advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not reasonably possible, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount using an appropriate method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may include PayPal and manual PromptPay. PromptPay orders are prepared only after payment is verified. Customers must pay the exact order total and follow the payment instructions shown after checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Our normal delivery estimate within Thailand is 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, subject to carrier, destination, weather, public holiday and other operational delays.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible return requests must be made within seven calendar days of delivery. Sporting equipment must meet the condition requirements stated in that policy.

7. Third-party services and marketplace links

The store may link to third-party services or verified PLAER marketplace stores, including Shopee and Lazada. Those services operate under their own terms, pricing, promotions, stock, payment and privacy practices. Transactions completed on a third-party marketplace are between the customer and that marketplace store and must follow the marketplace process.

8. Intellectual property

The store design, written content, graphics and PLAER branding are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party brand names and product marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Accuracy and availability

We may correct errors, update content, change products or prices, or suspend parts of the store without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxdrop Online Coy Ltd and PLAER Thailand are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store, third-party services, or misuse of products. Our responsibility for defective, incorrect or misdescribed products remains subject to applicable Thai law and the rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The store is powered by Shopify, which processes information needed to provide the online store and checkout services.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or competent authorities of Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
